New Skoda Fabia vRS

Skoda have announced that they are to release a new Skoda Fabia vRS model that will be available in both hatchback and estate versions. They will be powered by a 1.4 litre TSI 180 bhp engine as found in the SEAT Ibiza Cupra and new model VW Polo GTI. 0-62 mph will be reached in 7.3 seconds and it will reach 139mph making this the fastest ever Fabia. Another feature that the Skoda will borrow from its Volkswagen relatives is the seven speed DSG gearbox and Limited Slip Diff. The Fabia vRS will stand out from the other models by 17 inch alloy wheels and LED running lights and an impressive vRS body kit. Another feature of this model is a new limited run paint colour called Rallye Green and is related to the Fabia S2000. BMW 3 series 335iS

The picture above is of the latest model 3 series coupe to fit in the model range inbetween the M3 and the 335i and will be initially aimed at the US and Canadian markets.The 335iS will use the 322bhp N44 twin-turbo six-cylinder 3.0-litre engine with 332 lb ft of peak torque (369 lb ft with the overboost function) When equipped with the auto gearbox the 335iS can power from 0-60 mph in 5.0 seconds and comes with the usuall M Sport equipment.

Landrover LRX concept

Landrover have released shots of the new LRX Rangerover which should be out for 2011. First shown in 2008 at the Detroit motor show but is now entering testing and will be produced in Halewood – Merseyside. This mini Rangerover will have some of the new Green technology that will be used on future models. Its thought to share some parts with the freelander but will be positioned inbetween that model and the Discovery.
