E Class Brabus coupe

This is a picture of the new E class coupe that has been taken apart by tuners Brabus and the result being a new highly impressive supercar has been born. A hand built twin turbo 6.3 litre V12 it generates 788bhp and torque of 1,420Nm that is limited to 1,100Nm to prevent the gearbox imploding! 62mph is reached in 3.7 seconds and it has a top speed of 217 mph with Brabus claiming 230mph with no limiter fitted. Audi A1 Mini rival ?

The everlasting range of Audi just got another car londer with the addition of the new Audi A1 model set to be showcased at the Geneva Motor show next month. Audi seemingly cannot fail with any of the models they release and this looks like being no exception. The packed super mini sector which sees rivals such as the Mini Cooper, Renault Twingo, Fiat 500, and the latest Citroen DS3. The Audi A1 is sized very close to that of the Ford Fiesta and so is sure to win over legions of fans. A single frame grille is the focus of the front end and the now standard LED set up is also available as the Xenon option. A new interior feature is the pop up dial for the MMI system with a 3d sat nav, voice control, bluetooth and 14 speaker Bose system. All engines are set to be turbo charged and the range toppper a 120 bhp 1.2 litre TFSI that manages 52.3 mpg.

Ford Focus RS Clubsport announced

The Ford Focus RS is set to go out with a bang with the stripped out Clubsport version.Based around a similar concept as the Renault R26R – the RS Clubsport will bid farewell to the hottest RS ever with a limited run of 500 models priced at £35k. For your money you will get 350bhp, lightweight front seats, lowered – stiffer racing suspension, semi race spec tyres and an impressive two tone paint job. 0-60mph will be done in sub 5 seconds. Also announced is an all new Ford Focus RS that will see the newcomer have 4 wheel drive ability combined with many other technological aspects and a new 2.0 litre engine with secondary electric motor fitted. 2010 Mercedes SLK

Mercedes all new replacement SLK has been seen on the road and looks set to take its place in Mercedes line up as the baby SL model with an impresisve range of engines and luxury specifications. The new SLK will go all out against the Audi TT roadster, BMW Z4 as it has a similar 2 seat layout. LED light strips have been added into the front bumper and a copy SL type front grille replaces the previous version. Another features taken from the SL is the ability to have an optional glass vario roof system which is a tinted panel of glass to replace the central metal section of the roof.The AIRSCRAF system that allows warm air to be circulated around the occupants necks and head is retained and a new auto wind deflector is also on the features list. BMW 3 series 335iS

The picture above is of the latest model 3 series coupe to fit in the model range inbetween the M3 and the 335i and will be initially aimed at the US and Canadian markets.The 335iS will use the 322bhp N44 twin-turbo six-cylinder 3.0-litre engine with 332 lb ft of peak torque (369 lb ft with the overboost function) When equipped with the auto gearbox the 335iS can power from 0-60 mph in 5.0 seconds and comes with the usuall M Sport equipment.

Mini Countryman 2010

The Mini Countryman is the latest in the range for the popular Mini model and it will go on sale in the UK from £17,000. Three petrol engines will be available along with two diesels – these include the 98 bhp Mini One D Countryman and the 181BHP Cooper S option. With the release of this new model Mini have also adjusted the Turbo engine in the Cooper S so that it now comes with a twin scroll turbocharged engine, direct fuel injection and variable valve management. The main difference is that the Countryman comes with four full doors and can even have optional four wheel drive or All4 as its known which works by alternating the power distrubution between the front and rear wheels. On the inside it comes with four full size seats or a three seat rear bench as a no cost option. New Nissan Juke - small 4x4

Nissan have released screen shots of this new design of small Sports utility vehicle the Nissan Juke. The mini Qashqai is aimed at the small 4×4 market with CRV, Rav-4, Kuga amongst other rivals.If the prodcution model comes out looking close to the concept then Nissan can be assured of capturing a large slice of the market. Nissan are thought to be giving the Juke its full debut at the Geneva Motor show in March time. With a expanding product line up covering all the bases Nissan are becoming a brand that is much more common on the UK roads due to the Qashqai, Qasqai +2, Gtr supercar chaser, Note, X-trail, Pathfinder, 370Z, Cube and Micra.

Aston Martin One 77

The million pound motor from Aston Martin has been awarded the coveted 2009 Good Design TM award from the Museum of Architecture and design in North America – The Chicago Athenaeum. The international panel of design experts and professionals gave the Aston Martin the accolade for being a new and innovative product concept, invention and originality and basically pushing the envelope beyond what is considered ordinary design. Hmmmm not so sure what that all means but appears that some’experts’ think the Aston is nice and it was competing against the Mars Rover that was built for the 2030 NASA Mars mission. The One 77 is named due to the fact that only 77 individually numbered examples will be produced.

VW Jetta CC Compact coupe

This is the New Compact Coupe from Volkswagen as shown at the Detroit motor show 2010 and promises to be a mix of petrol engine performance and ultra efficient emissions with a high fuel economy. The reason the CC is able to deliver both these aspects is the fact that it will be powered by the 1.4 litre TSI engine with 150PS and 177lbs ft of torque linked to the seven speed DSG gearbox and electric lithium ion battery motor. The additional engine can work independently of the Petrol engine making this car a full Hybrid or it can provide an additional 27PS for overtaking manoeuvres. 0-62 is hit in 8.6 seconds with a top speed of 141mph and fuel economy is a massive 67.2 mpg on the combined cycle.

This is one vehicle that you probably thought you would never see! This Police liveried lorry is a real Police car and has been issued to the Central motorway group and will be cruising as part of the West Midlands force covering Cheshire and South Wales.
