New Audi R4 concept shots from Frankfurt

With many manufacturers looking at drastic changes when it comes to environmental concerns and the advancements of technologies – the electric car is seen as the cutting edge of the direction that most seem to be going due to water being the only by-product. Audi have released this shot of the new production version of the etron concept car displayed at Frankfurt. The Audi R4 will be a joint venture with VW group partner – Porsche and so will have the same chassis as the new Boxster. The electric model will have a motor on each wheel that should see 300 bhp and 0-60 in 4.8 seconds.On full charge the lithium battery car travel 155 miles. Another option for petrolheads is the TTRS 335 bhp 2.5 litre five cylinder turbo….
